"V-3" Spindle

This type of spindle is used to check small holes from .062 to .250 diameter and also for tapped holes.

Design Requirements

Diameter at contact point is .005 smaller than min. part dia.

Min. size of pilot "B" is .375 dia.

Standard for dim. "C" is .38, options available at additional cost.

COMMON NOTE: The part tolerance plus the T.I.R. must not exceed the total indiacator travel, Lap bushing to obtain a gage fit for pilot dia. "B".
