For splines and gears, an arbor or chuck with a gripping sleeve manufactured to a "GO" spline or gear condition means that each tooth space undergoes equal expansion or compression to establish a true part position. Our engineers can recommend the appropriate arbor or chuck to perform to the necessary tolerances. NOTE: The Same Principle also applies to threads.
